By using SAYO you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptable use

You may use SAYO only for lawful travel bookings for yourself or on behalf of others with their consent. You must not use the platform to make false bookings, impersonate others or interfere with the service.

Marketplace model

SAYO is a marketplace that facilitates bookings between travellers and independent transport, guide and accommodation providers. SAYO is not itself a transport operator, guide or hotel. The service contract is between you and the provider; SAYO acts as the platform intermediary.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by booking type, route and how far in advance you cancel. The applicable terms are shown on your booking confirmation. Please review them before confirming a booking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SAYO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. SAYO is not liable for acts or omissions of independent providers, force majeure events or indirect and consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uzbekistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of SAYO after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Questions? Contact info@sayo.uz.
