How it works

SAYO arranges a private driver, a local guide and a hotel around one multi-day journey through Uzbekistan — at a fixed price set by the platform, not the driver.

1. 1

   Search your route

   Enter your start point, destination and travel date. Add stops along the way if you want to visit something en route — stops and waiting time are free.

2. 2

   Pick your driver

   Compare drivers by vehicle class, available seats, luggage capacity and languages spoken. The price shown is the total for the car, not per person, and is fixed by SAYO for that route — the driver cannot change it.

3. 3

   Confirm and pay

   Pay in full before the trip starts, either online by card or in cash to a SAYO agent at your hotel. No money changes hands with the driver directly.

4. 4

   Travel

   Your driver's name and phone number are sent to you the moment the booking is confirmed. An operator monitors the trip in real time — if pickup is late, they call the driver before you have to wonder.

5. 5

   Driver is paid after arrival

   Payment is released to the driver, guide and hotel only after the trip is marked complete. This keeps everyone accountable to the full journey.
